La mia avventura continua Come promesso nell'ultimo CURIOSANDO..... voglio continuare a raccontare la mia  avventura americana che sta proseguendo nello stato dell' Idaho . Precisamente tra Boise, Meridian e Eagle dove attualmente vivo. L' Idaho è uno stato dal cuore selvaggio dove la natura è rimasta incontaminata in vaste zone. E' uno stato famoso negli USA per la coltivazione delle patate. Boise ne è la capitale, e Eagle è una piccola cittadina a circa venti minuti in auto. Il Campidoglio di Boise Nel cuore di Eagle sulla E State St, situato accanto al museo, si trova  il Wild West , un locale storico del posto, che da più di venti anni serve breakfast e lunch con un menù ricco di piatti tipici locali. Da qualche mese questo locale è stato rilevato dalla nostra famiglia e continua a servire ai suoi affezionati clienti, i loro piatti preferiti.
